More about me…

Hi there,

It’s nice to meet you! My name is Taylor Nicole Jerabek and I’ll be your Tmate as we work together.

I’ve spent the last 20 years as a student, caretaker, nanny, personal assistant, manager, sales rep, customer success manager, body-worker, massage practitioner, fitness enthusiast, holistic healer and well-being coach.

At a very young age I learned to observe every movement of how people talked (used their lips, hands and mannerisms). See, I was diagnosed with Dyslexia, where you flip letters, numbers and it's hard to read. Also, I had another learning disability where I couldn’t fully comprehend what you were telling me. So I had to rewire my own brain and teach myself how to learn.

Getting through school was a big challenge, as I had to give all my attention to comprehending what my elders and administrators were sharing and teaching me. I took pride in getting myself into the University of California, Santa Cruz, because many thought I couldn’t do it. I studied business, psychology, art, visual arts and ended with a Bachelors in History of Art and Visual Culture. My major encompassed social, economic, political, religious and psychological impacts of the world. I learned how architecture, technology, art and fashion dictate and shape the way in which we go about the world. This was all so fascinating to me and came full circle while learning these bodies of work.

Being the eldest of four to divorced parents, who then remarried, I learned at an early age how to care for others. I learned how to listen, how to have patience and compassion. Helping raise three siblings was a feat on its own and something I’m forever grateful for. It helped to shape the woman I am today.

After college I found myself not liking the retail world, as I knew I was here to make a bigger impact. I found a Craigslist posting “Do you want to help others?”, the answer was YES! So, for the past nine years I’ve learned tools that I will never take for granted. They helped to improve and change my health to something I thought I might never experience.

I’ve helped people all over the globe transform their health from the inside out with different healing modalities. I’ve learned from some of the top specialists, coaches and healers. A former Navy Seal became a mentor and showed me how to restore our tissue/fascia health, while also uncovering previous traumas and how to move through them. A former top model & actress devoted her life to helping people rewire their brain chemistry, while also helping to repair the microbiome. The best package of tools for restoring the health of the brain, body and nervous system was all in one and right in front of me. I couldn’t resist and dove in with open arms to learn these bodies of work.

I like to call myself a Well-Being Coach, as I have dedicated my life to learning how to care for all aspects of our bodies: physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. I am here to help you see the full package. Help you get to the root causes, issues, experiences, and belief systems that are standing in your way from you being who YOU are authentically meant to be.

I’ll be your Tmate. We will co-create together. We will co-regulate together. Plus, we will discover your hidden treasures.

Something fun to know about me. My nicknames are TayTay, TayTayJ, T, and Malibootay. I have no sense of smell...but I can still taste! I know, but it’s true! My biggest fear is killer whales (orcas). I love the ocean but won’t go past where I can’t touch the ocean floor. I’ve climbed Mt. Whitney in 18 hrs straight. I’ve run a half marathon. I walked my mother through her cancer journey from April 2019 - Jan 2021, she is healthy and alive. Plus, I’ve been in a successful relationship and marriage since college, so 12 years now.

I can’t wait to meet you and help you to authentically be YOU! Talk soon.

“To inspire humanity that they too have the power to heal themselves from lifetime and generational trauma and can live a life of freedom, safety, abundance and joy.
